rafal it isn't personal just stop doing it last night after e3 left you were afk every game were talking around 2 hours here it takes the piss... you missed alpinefisting!, it's almost as annoying as Cleaner....almost.

Also what is cutoff point for being afk being a pain, occasionally when there's mapchange I might goto toilet/get drink/have orgy with lingerie models so might be afk for few mins at start, trouble is rejoining takes a few mins so rather not do that.

Naa, we don't have to ask rafal or Slobodan anymore. It's too obvious when they are afk. And since they do it all the time being polite is the wrong thing here. Also tRg was afk for more than 15 mins, not playing, having 0 - 0 - 0 score. There is no reason to reassure in those cases.
Personally, I choose to ask anyway, but that is personal preference of mine. It certainly gives visibility into things for other players but ofc, shouldnt be required happy

Yea, generally I agree, but in some cases it's just pointless.

I realized that AFK isn't among the default kick reasons in BFSM, but correcting that is easy. I clicked on "Edit player menu..." (opens PlayerMenu.con) and added:

Kick for>"being idle/AFK"|kick,[kafk]

That's what I meant by "specifying a reason for the kick" (I guess I'm not good at communicating). And the other thing, I meant asking in chat e.g. "Rafal, are you here?" should also let everyone on the server understand the reason for the subsequent kick, as Bubu said (it's not so much about politeness towards Rafal, Slobodan, tRg).
