I believe it is full mod of the updated version. So you need do delete old FHSW folder and place this instead. (or back-up old folder just in case)
Also, zooming in vehicles was added in this version, but you have to put User.con file included in .zip to Battlefield 1942 \ Mods \ bf1942 \ Settings \ Profiles \ (profile name used) \ Controls
