| I been getting on the late shift and I notice 3 thing.
1. Miss Behavior. = has been corrected.
2. Increase players. = administrative control.
3. Players support = answering players questions.
I've been having some time to getting on the after noon here but, we do need more admin if the community is to grow.
Need an admin For after hours, probably prefer be an American.
I'm doing my best.

Only too few players care... Most of the regular players do not want to take responsibility for a few hours a week but expect that I keep doing it... what will not work out for good because one day my life circumstances will change.
This is a gaming community. People come here to relax. If you start an argument you will get kicked.

| A fixed schedule won't work, most of us are 25+ and work work all day, sometimes you're not in the mood or don't have the time for playing, that's at least how I feel.
But I would like to add 2 more ppl with map changing rights. Send me a PM if you want to apply.

| Damn..... lets not have a break down here, it's possible I seen it happen, Hell it's still happening.
We need more promotion within the community more on a personal preference level via Teamspeak, in game, and forms.
Not to make admin sound so hard, is a easy job just get on when you can and play, if there's some correction need to be then correct it.
If anyone else reading this just p.m. Endless_Nameless to become an admin try it out what you got to lose.

I'm glad to say our server do you keep a steady larger amount of players but at a short period of time especially on the weekends.
What are we doing wrong?

| Really hard to say.
I have tried out lots of things during the last years. For a few months I am using a new mapsetting concept and since then the player amount is more stable now.
So I am pretty sure that more than 50 Percent of our success on the weekends is dependent from the mapsetting. I think we have good admins who know how it works so we always have 30-40 players on the weekends.
This is a gaming community. People come here to relax. If you start an argument you will get kicked.

| Hello guys. I'm Gameplayer and I want to ask can I be admin? I have been server 1-2 years now and I have think if I could be admin.
I don't chance maps so much and I don't vote much too. Many teamspeak players said that I could be admin so I thought that I could write and ask from here.
What you guys think? Can I be promoted?
