| Life is short and time is money.
For myself I refuse to read long posts on this forum. Simple reason: I mostly have better to do.
In fact, surveys have revealed that people do not read most content on the internet that ist longer than five to ten lines.
What does that mean for our forum?
1. Think about what information you really wanna share in order to reach people.
2. The amount of main points in one post should not go beyond three to five.
3. Write pointed and leave out useless information that confuse the readers; write as short as possible, and as long as needed.
4. Leave out unnecessary filler words, make short sentences and use punctation.
