On a more serious note, does anyone know if On the Moon 1969 still works?

    Alaska

Whenever I liked this map, but with the introduction of late war Russian armour in 0.6, Alaska became more one-sided imo. If US stood a chance agains Soviets before, now they have none. Considering this, I propose either to remove some IS-4 or even modify it to its pre-0.6 state, or replace it with Gazapus or Sandstorm.

@Slobodan: yes, but this was also only two days in advance and the date on the previous flyer was wrong, plus its wintertime and it should be 7 pm.

This is why I wrote "you dont have to create flyers if you dont want to...": Because the flyer was late and sloppy compared to the flyers before I thought/think that you do not want to create flyers anymore.

Maybe we should consider starting 4 map events at 8pm again. The last times at 7pm we hardly reached a good player number for certain maps (last week's Wake Night with less than 10 is not optimal).

I might have an event suggestion:

    Arena maps and symmetrical battles

There are maps which have an arena like layout where two factions compete for flags with sometimes symmetrically balanced equipment and weapons. They also feature only a small ground to cover and are in more enclosed areas.

    Maps like:

    Aberdeen
    Sector-318
    Falaise Pocket
    Operation Forager
    Battle of Orel

These maps are different from each other to avoid repetition which I think is very important for events.

Another suggestion would be simply a

    FHSW-Europ Mappack 1 Event

    with maps like:

    Bastogne
    Operation Kikusui day 2_mod
    Fall Gelb
    Ocean Town

    Any ideas / opinions ?

@Xenanab: you mean 7 pm, not 9 pm. But I think we should stick with 7 pm in the wintertime because we do it like this since we do events here. It didnt work out well the last time but that does not show it does not work in general. During the last winters it never was a problem.

Arena maps is a nice idea, but Falaise Pocket does not fit in here. The others are good. I say lets do it on November 3.

you mean 7 pm, not 9 pm

Yeah, that was a typo. Edited my post.

Falaise Pocket indeed is rather just an arena and not very symmetrical that's right. If we leave it out we will still have enough maps to play.
Afther the event we should definitely choose a map with airplanes again since the event features almost none of them.
