Where is icon .rfa placed in FHSW (m)

Hi everyone i have several questions:

-Where is icons rfa placed in FHSW?
-What is for theminimap_icon_katy_16x16 i never saw this icon in game?
-Which programs i need to use to zip files to .RFA?

And and i forgot to ask this,how to make icons to be higher resolution?
I know this is a little bit noob question wacko ,i want to make high resolution icon pack.

I don't have much experience in this, but as far as I can tell, if you paint higher resolution icons, i.e. 32x32 instead of 16x16, the game will still rescale them to their original size. Here is an example of how this can be achieved.
